The Goal I Have Been Advancing Towards While in SUPP

My goal is and will be to upgrade my level of english but also to make a lot of new friends and i really like the SUPP interns because theyvare awesome. For now, i am thinking that i almost done it. This is really THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!

What I Appreciate From America

This country is really beautiful because i can walk in the street safetly using my ipod without being worried that someone steals from me. Also, the people from America are more polite than the people from Argentina. There are a lot of things i like more from America than Argentina but i will need an entire book to write them all. I'm not saying that i hate my country but i hate the people who live in Argentina. If i have the opportunity, i will come to live to the USA to have a better life.

Gene Audry Museum

I have never payed attention or been interested about cowboy's history but this museum was really interesting. I learn a lot of new things about cowboys but for me the most interesting one was the history of the poker hand "dead's man hand"

Pomona Church

In the morning, we went to the pomona church and it was good because there were a lot of people. They were all singing the songs that the band of the church played and i loved all the songs

Dodgers Game

On saturday, we went to the baseball match between the Dodgers and the Padres. It was a good day because i was able to get a foam hand that i had always wanted. Also, i enjoyed watching the match with my friends and making the wave with the fans of the dodgers.

My Favorite Part of The Weekend

My favorite part of the weekend was the saturday because we went to Beverly Hills and it was awesome; however, the only thing that i didn't like was Hollywood since my field trip group got into a fight with a raper. Also, i saw a Bugatti Veyron (one of the most expensive car in the world). Despite of Hollywood, this was one of the best days in SUPP and i really had a good time.

What Have I Learned in SUPP

There are a lot of things i have learned since i arrived to the USA. First, the people of the usa don't like their personal space invaded. Second, the holidays are very important and significant for them like the 4th of july or the thanksgiving day. Lastly, i will never forget all the american culture i have learned

The 4th of July

This day was one of the best days in SUPP because i played a lot of sports like football, soccer and baseball. Also, at lunch we eat hamburgers and sausages and then we had desert. My favorite part was when we watched the fireworks at night.

The Thing That Drives me Towards my Goal

the effort of my family to save all their money just to let me be here in azusa and upgrade my level of english

My Goals During the SUPP Program

I have done so far

The first thing that i did when i arrived in america was meet all the SUPP interns, and my favorite intern was jordan. Then we played games and had a lot of fun. We met the students from Taiwan and watched a movie. The next day we learned the rules and took a test to define our english level. I've had a lot of fun so far /span>.

Initial impressions

My initial impression when I first arrived in Azusa was that all the people were really nice and friendly. Also, in Azusa the people eat dinner at 6 o'clock and that is really weird for me because in Argentina, we like to eat dinner at 10 o'clock. In addition, I've never seen a ford mustang (My Favorite Car) in my life until I got to Azusa and it was incredible to see it in 7 different colors.
